The AVP-USA National Conference in Miami, FL from May 24th to 27th, 2013. This historic event will be hosted by the Center for Labor Research and Studies at Florida International University. However, other gatherings will take place inside a prison setting and the currently incarcerated AVP community of the Homestead Correctional Institution. This is an opportunity to connect two different faces of the AVP community – inside and outside facilitators, and strengthen our common voice.
